Map of reported Facetime problems

FaceTime is Apple's video conferencing software providing video calls, audio calls and group chat communication for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch users through instant messaging and SharePlay screen sharing features.

This map shows where user reports are concentrated over the past 24 hours. Some problems are reported throughout the day. Downdetector only reports an incident when reports are significantly higher than the typical volume for that time of day.
